Have been searching for an excel template to keep shareholding data. I am expecting a file that can record the full history of the shareholder - allotment, transfers, split, buyback, bonus, rights etc - With Distinctive numbers, certificate numbers, folio numbers etc.
Any kind help will be appreciated..
