Hi, I have one doubt in VAT, that is i am working in Ice Cream Manufacturing Co, some times the Ice cream was Damaged in Distributor point, that time they are claim the value of damage ice cream from my company. in this case can i take input vat on damaged ice cream value.pls clarify me.
