Hello my friends...

I heard and even I look that after becoming CA qualified, many person's does not get a job as they desired. Some of them get a very low package also. So what is your view in this regard? why it happens, whether they do not have sufficient professional knowledge? whether there luck is not working ? or due to recession?? I am worried about our standard. What will happen with future CA's? I just seen on this side that one of CA. Teena, she posted that she has passed in nov 2011 exam and not getting job even she was ready for Rs.10000/- per month.

My friends I want you to share your view and what is to be done now to secure our professional course becauses we are gonna to be CA in future.

Hi Moyyad,

You r absolutely right,Salary standard of CA Profession is going down,this is because CA students give a lot of time to their studies till they don't qualify rather than to articleship,because of which they lack experience & when they enter market then due to less experience in newer areas they are forced to work on lesses pay packages,Same the case with me,m semi qualified but knowledge of only internal & statutory audit,never filed returns....So my advice to all my frnds to take seriously their articleship & they should not stick to a particular area like only internal audit or only statutory audit,rather they should try to have working knowledge of all areas to avail more Salary after qualifying......

Thanks Monica for your valuable view. But I am not satisfied with your view as you said that in short they should concertrate to their articleship and get good exprience in all areas. My question is very specific that why the CA's does not get good job unless they don't have good expriences? As you said that you have not filed returns and you have only internal and statutory audit expriences - it is not the one of the reason. Now a days ICAI is reducing their passing results & companies/ Industries in india are increasing but CA qualified are not increasing with the same ratio. So CA should get good package?
