valuation of share carried out for long term investors . Mostly used and calculated by BIG broking Firms for their clients .
we take into accouit growth prospects and expected earnings out of it.Its competitors level.
use various ratios and use PE and BETA and other relavant formulae.
If calculated and estimated properly
rich becomes richer
Richer will becomes Richest.

I guess the DCF method and Relative Valuation methos will give u the better picture for valuation of shares...

What do you want to know abt share valuation...Yar you have to check lots of thing you have to do lots of calculation and that is practically not possible in the open forum

There are several methods for calculation of stock valuation. However, intrinsic method also gives true value. The purpose is to calculate PE ratio to find out the financial strength of the Company.
