please help!!!
Can the share transfer form of any state be used anywhere or of respective state for transfer be used.
for e.g. if shares are transfered in west bengal of a pvt ltd. co. registered in WB then share transfer form of ROC Maharastra, can be used or it is compulsoryto use that of ROC KOLKATA,WB.
if possible please quote the provisions for doing so.
