Share tranfer of one of the private company was done on 2nd Feb 2012 but till date form 20 B is not yet filed with Roc for consedering revised shareholder pattern.
My query is what is the due date for filing the form 20 B reflecting the share tranfer. Suppose if the company file annual return on 30 sep 2012 ......will it suffice ?

e-Form - 20B should be filled within 60 days of Date of AGM,,
Now, reply to your query, u hv to file 20B reflecting share transfer within the 60 days of the AGM of 2012. so if u file Annual Return on 30.09.2012, it will suffice, no issue,,,,
Hi Vaibhav,
Details of share transfer from the date of previous AGM to this AGM is given in form 20B/ Annual Return.
So you should file form 20B within 60 days of your AGM date for the 2012 and thereafter with additional fees giving details of all share transfer effected after last AGM (i.e. held in the year 2011)

Dear Neha, why we have to give details for year 2011 as the shares had been transferred in Feb. 2012 and these will reflect only in Annual Return of 2012. So i think no question arise of paying additional fees and to give info about 2011
