Dear all,

Can anyone guide me whether the expenses paid for foreign transaction commission & forex conversion on purchase of shares from a non-indian be capitalized? please give a reference to the source for the answer.

accounting standard bolta hai ki share purchase karne ke samae jo kharcha lagta hai wo hi share ka cost hai.in this case commision and forex exp would be added to the cost of shares
