It depends of future growth prospect of co..
if a co is newly established then it's certainly that in intial stage of incorporation it incur loss due to various expenditure incurred and also because of depreciation loss..
after a certain period of time from its establishment if co is able to meet the requirements of customer then surely co price tend to increase in long term
