A Pvt ltd company has altered its share capital by way of passing transfer entries though it's total share capital hasn't changed when we take the year Opening and year end balances but the composition of share capital has changed internally.
whether it needs to file any Forms with MCA in wrt this entry passed ?

are you sure sir . but here the shares were transferred to from one party to another won't it amount to alteration of share capital
