most of the details are available at the MCA Portal .. but at some cost obviously
This types of details are not available on the MCA Website.
& You can not also ask the details from the Board of Directors.
The details, you are talking about are the Confidential one & part of the administration.
Shareholders can not interfere in the company's administration, they can interfere only when directors behave wrongly in the company.
And these are not such kind of cases.
So, You can not get any kind of Information.
