what happens to the share certificate of a partnership firm being a member of pvt ltd. co., wherein the partner has deceased and new partner is appointed vide reconstitution of the partnership deed .
please advise urgently

Yes, No need to issue share certificate.
In case received new contribution of Capital then You can give.
Note: In the share certificate contains only the firm name then not required to issue share certificate.
