If the name of the company is changed, should we have to issue a fresh certificate or is it enough we strike the old name and type the new name. Especially if the shares come for transfer or transmission

YES AND ALSO OLD NAME OF THE COMPANY IN BOTTOM OF NEW COMPANY NAME
