We have a Private Ltd Company in Hyderabad, We have Authorized capital of 5 Lakhs only and would like to increase it to further 5 Lakhs. Can you please tell me the procedure to increase it and cost for increasing and cost for allotting the share to other directors.

Would appreciate your help.

Hi, The procedure for increase in authorised capital is as under 1. Check the AOA for authorisation to increase...if it is there...then its ok.....else have to alter the AOA first... 2. Hold a Board Meeting to get approval of Directors for Increase in Capital and calling EGM. File form MGT-14 with ROC within 30 days of passing of board resolution: 3. Hold a EGM for passing Ordinary Resolution for increase in authorize capital 4. File form SH-7 with roc within 30 days of passing of Ordinary Resolution. Regards....
