12 June 2012A director spend some money on behalf of company,and the company allotted Shares for the same.
This year Company repaid the expenditure.Whether the company can reduce the share capital
What entry they have to pass and also if they revise the same share capital will comes to Zero.
Please Clarify....

Share capital can not be reduced except as explained under Section 100 i.e. with the order of Court.
otherwise share capital can not be reduced in any case.
