Please answer to the following query :
In this case, the company has alloted the shares prior to receiving application money ie a case of deemed allotment.
Now, application money of the allotees recieved post allotment are to be deposited in bank account within how many days?
Please clarify.

Subscripttion list is open for a min of 3 days and max of 10 days...So they have to subscribe to the shares along with other shareholders in the same duration...
