Dear All

There is no problem share application and other capital exceeding the authorised capital. Share application unless alloted remains a liability and a company after a period of 6 month of so is required to pay intereest (if listed)

NO ISSUES U CAN SHOW IT (IF NOT A LISTED CO.)
