plz tell me about the share application money yet not alloted to shareholders in pvt. company that can pvt. ltd. co. use such share application money.........reply quick

The share application can not be usd in a company untill and unless the shares are being allotted in respect of such money.

The notification which came in Dec, 2011 for prefrential allotment was applicable only to unlisted public company. Hence situation for private company remains same as before.
