Hi i Am cs executive student & I have doubt in this question.. please help me

Q) If A company receives a cheque towards the share application money & on the same day, the BOD alloted & filed necessary returns & issued the share certificate. the cheque subsequently deposited with the bank which bounced. what will be the provisions applicable & consequences???
