I am working in a manufacturing plant. we are having 3 Labour contractors and paying tds also.
now in GST what types of taxation applicable for us. I heard Reverse mechanism is withheld by the government. Advice me what do I do in this issue.

The labour contractor is liable to charge GST 18%
Its exempted only when provided as pure labour towards installation, erection, commsioning pertaining to single residential unit otherwise then a part of resisdential complex
