SFT-005 transactions

In my form 26AS there are SFT entries showing one as 10 lakhs from a bank which apparently is correct, but shows in another bank as (-) xx lakhs. what action do I need to take in this regard, I am not sure how this -xx lakhs amount has been arrived at by the filer. Kindly advise. Further in another form 26AS of my son is shown as 3.58 lakhs which is below 10 lakhs, I fail to understand how it appeared as SFT.
