Sfm theory

PM is enough for theory.

There is nothing like important theory in SFM, it is only the concept what you need to understand and apply.

another side is the procedural aspect which is practical side of the transaction like how you see an IPO/FPO documentation or how settlement happens (i.e. T+2 etc) or what is the Characteristic line or SML or CML or Alpha or Beta, actually these are the basic thing which we need to understand and if we understand this well we can write enough to explain in simple language.

I believe SFM is purely practical and concept based.

at the end understand the concept properly and practice as much as possible to get command and deliver in the exam, exam is all about your concept testing and how you manage to deliver in time bound manner.

one can easily get exemption in SFM.
