write all the formulas in one place and read them thoroughly everyday. it is the best way
Bro do one thing - Make a chart of all the formulas and paste it in your room and read it when ever u enter your room.......!!!!!
You will feel like how to forget it now.......!!!!

You have to remember around 10 formulaes in SFM. I attended Gurukripa class (Faculty - G Saimukundan)
He taught me well and class is totally practical. No need to remember formulaes and i scored 58 in SFM in May 2011.
The way he teach is quite outstanding.
