Can someone please tell why in Forex pm pg 12.53 questn 47 is USD 3647 covered through forward and not spot?

Bcause u hve to take lot wise in future market and rest we cover in forward if left unhedged....
So we use forward as we have to cover the risk and covering that spot rate cannot be used
