Many say Nagendra s best now. but no book avail. give me a solution.

SFM _ J B Gupta DvD Lactures plus his book (For Additional reading You may refer AN Sridhar)
AMA _ Padhuka plus Study Material and Practice Manual (Arrange makkar sir's OR notes if possible)

Makkar notes not poss as i m from south India. There are no books published so i dont have notes of him.
