I refer to the recently notified law - The Sexual Harassment Of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013 and relative Rules.

 

What will be the consequenses of the same particularly for Corporate Offices / Corporate World.

 

What further compliances are deemed necessary for compliance of the above Act and Rules.
