STCL in commodity market ?
as far as we know the commodity market is non delivery base trades, so it may be deriatives business in future trades, its business income, not a capital gain/loss.

dat means trading in commodities market is a speculation business??
speculation = intraday trades of delivery / non delivery based trades
business income = positional non delivery based trades ( F&O)
capital gain = delivery ( demat holding) trades.
