Can the INTREST paid on delayed payment on excise duty be used as CENVAT Credit?

No cannot be utilised , same to be paid in cash only...See Rule 3(4) and Rule 3(7) of Cenvat credit Rules,2004...
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
