if i have stcg of 6902 and 21391 as long term capital loss on how much amount i have to pay tax on stcg

tax to be paid on 6902/-. How much amount you need to pay as tax that will be depended on the nature of the gain.
i think tax should will be 15%on 6902 by whatever the income
