Services recived from unregistered.

I am a service provider..In one case I have got services received from other unregistered person.I have to pay him Rs 1.50 lacs..He will issue a bill without GST ...Whether i have to enter as URD purchase and have to pay tax on it and claim reverse charge..please guide..thanks

we are rendering service for installation of Ac ..and also giving service on behalf of our principal company for after sale service of electronic goods oven ,mashing machine ,Televisions under warranty...

but our Principal who has brought this unrgistered dealer in our picture says we should pay GST on this transaction...How we can pay.. beyond understand....
