Services provided by a director.

Would premises of the office of a company given on rent to the company by one of its director be considered to be the service of renting of immovable property, if so, will the said company be required to bear the liability of service tax as per Reverse Charge Mechanism that says any services provided by a director of a company to the said company will make the company liable to bear 100% of the ST liability arising out of such transaction?(notification 45/2012 dated 7.8.2012).
