The above statement was notified in Reverse charge mechanism and also in exemption...
my 2nd doubt is "if that 4 services are excluded from that.. then who will pay gst for that? govt?
I am confused. Hope you can clear my confusion.

the exact point is appearing in reverse charge & also in exemption. What is the actual tax treatment for services other than these 3 services ? is it taxable under reverse charge or it is exempt from tax ?
