Service tax under rcm

Dear sir,

We rendered services form Consultancy services.

Service amount - 100000/-

ST @ 14.5%        14500/-

Now we want to pay service tax deducted under RCM method above

for this remitance, we have doubt the deducted

amount on which account should be deposit with our ST Reg No CIN

or Service provider ST Reg. CIN
