05 January 2013We are paying service tax @ 12.36% full to security agency (proprietorship firm).
however as per clause in reverse charge mechanism service tax need to be paid @ 75% by receiver, pl clarify as agency is charging @ 100% and we are paying to them directly.
whether bill needs to be changed.

Dear Sir,
There is no Need to Change Invoice But You Have to pay only 25% of 12.36% of Service Tax to the Security Agency and 75% of Service tax pay Directly to Government Accounts.

Even if you pay full amount of service tax to security agency, your liability of 75% is fixed. You have to remit to the government. Hence stop paying full amount to security agency. codes are
