Pls clarify whether the date is 1.7.03 or 1.7.2011. In case its 1.7.03, its on receipt basis and you have to pay tax on the advances received. In case of 1.7.2011, Point of Taxation rules will apply.

Sir, Can u pls clarify the meaning of SUBSTANTIAL INTEREST
because in some cases it is 10% of voting power, in some cases it is 20% of share in profits
