As a security agency, while taking Service tax set off against input services, can we include in it telephone & courier service's invoice which we have paid during this financial year. Please tell me.

Yes, these services are eligible as input services.

Dear Sunil,
You are eliogible for credit on telephone, courier, insurance and any other ST paid on business expenditure. In addtion you are also eligible for the excise duty paid on equipments used in provding the security services such as testing tools etc.
