Can we take set off service tax agaisnt service tax (like in VAT ).

Hi Sunil
Yes you can take the service tax credit. But on payment basis, as we have to pay service tax when we received our Income( Payments). As this when we paid the expenses like telephone then we take the credit, otherwise not.
