now, question is
a) whether Reverse Service Tax Mechanism applicable, if wholly consumed in SEZ?
b) what if not wholly consumed in SEZ?

Here liability to pay the Service Tax is of SEZ but the same is exempted from the Service tax if wholly consumed with in the SEZ for the authorised operation.If the service is not wholly consued within the SEZ for authorised operation then SEZ is entitled for the refund calculated in the manner prescribed in the Notification No.40/2012-S.T dated 20.6.2012.
