18 April 2013Suppose X Co. is Availing a service of Manpower Supply, service provider levies Service Tax @ 12.36% in the Bill, and Co have paid the bill and service tax amount to service provider, Still the liability remains to service receipient for 75%,??

| Yes, the receiver is liable to deposit 75%... and the amount deposited by the provider can be taken as input thereon... |
