Dear experts,

Whether service tax returns for the first six months upto June needs to be submitted during September 17,

Please advice.

Yes, it is to be submitted in order to carry forward input credit availed during previous tax regime.

Dear, This time the service tax return shall be filed for 3 months (Apr-june) and last date is 15th Aug.

the return of this quarter ended on 30 June to be submit up to 15 Aug
there is notification issue by the department on the portal
