Whether we have to file ST-3 phsically also after online filing?? or it is final after seeing status in aces site.. and status shows "FILED"..

If you have filed online ST-3 return then no need to physically submit.

The answer lies in your question only... If it is already showing the status of " FILED", there is no need to submit the same physically...

Now efiling is mandatory in service tax and since status shown is 'filed' no need to file physically as law stands. However , it would be better to file physically also alongwith challan copies to satisfy the ego of your range supdt as they are unable to corelate the new system with the actual service tax payment.

Dear Sir,Its enough that filed it in the Online and u saying the Status has been FILED, So no need of Physical Submission
