Please tell me that, In Whether we can Revise Service Tax Return after 90 days of original filing of return??
If not then what will be the solution, as i have to rectify my original return.

As per rule 7B, a revised return can be filed within 60 days from the date of filing the original return to rectify any mistakes , if any, in the original return............So you can not file a revised return as it aprdy passed 90 days................
ACCORDING THE RULES OR ACTS THERE ARE NO PROVISON TO EXTENT DATE.
BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO RECTIFY YOUR RETURN IT WILL EITHER
(1) HAVE TO ADD MORE SERVICE TAX OR
(2) PAID EXCESS AMOUNT TO SERVICE TAX AUTHORITY
IF THE CASE IS AS NO -1. PAY THE AMOUNT WITH INTEREST AND INFORM THE FACTS TO SERVICE TAX AUTHORITY TO GET RID OF LEGAL HAZARDS
IF THE CASE IS AX NO - 2. YOU CAN CLAIM THE EXCESS AMOUNT FROM THE AUTHORITY

You should intimate the s.t. department along with reasons for same accompanied with :-
1. if you have short paid s.t. earlier then pay it and attach copy of same.
2. If you have excess paid then claim refund of excess amount.
