for all branches you have to submit the address proof, and you can add additional place of business, but you have to send the amended copy of ST-1 with address proof to department for their approval.

Thank you Mr. Sharma. I have applied for my 3 new branches to department when the approval is pending my 2 more branches are open. Now I have to apply in ST-1 for these two branches also.
As ACES system not allow me to upload my two new branches, is it possible to claim Cenvat Credit?

visit the R/O, and sort out the discripencies, there may be shortage of documents for non approval of branches.
at the time of visit, submit ST-1 manually for inclusion of new branches, with requisite documents.
unless the premises is added in ST-2, input credit may not be available.
