Service tax registration for job work provided by company

Dear Sir,

Our company is providing below listed Services to other companies

Job Work of Powder Coating/Fabrication 

My Querry is If I am liable to pay service tax for providing JOb Work done ? If yes then under which head I have to take Service tax registraion ? 

Kindly let me know the solution ASAP

if fabrication processing is provided on goods in course of manufacture of some final goods, then such service is exempt from service tax. However, such job work is in ambit of central excise act.
