Can an employee sign the decleration of ST-1 as Directors are not available to sign the ST-1& a Board resolution to authorise him is signed by BoD.
Is there any option to add employee details in ST-1 in aces Online.

While filling ST-1 itlsef you may add details of such authrised employee
