If we have not obtained ST Regn No. can we claim cenvat of service tax levied on services received by us during the period we were not registered???

no. we cannot claim cenvat of service tax levied on services recieved by us.

SERVICE TAX OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT TAX IS PAYABLE BY THE END USER.
IF YOU ARE NOT END USER. YOU HAVE TO CLAIM YOUR BURDEN FROM ANY AUTHORITY.
IF YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED BY ANY AUTHORITY, HOW CAN YOU CLAIM. IT IS SO SIMPLE
