My Client is undertaking all mechanical engineering works like Fabrication , erection and designing services. Please let me know under which head of service it has to be registered.

Your Client work may come under Errection,Commission or Installation Servcie if the work involves pure labour.
If both labour and material involves it may come under Works Contract Service.
Check the definitions of the both (Errection and Works Contract services) under which your client work may fall.
