Hello to Everyone.

1.) I want to know what is the documents filled with Service Tax Registration. Like how much securites furnish with registration and avidavites and can anyone provide the matter of avidavite and other documents.

2.) And if someone take contracts for towers and constraction can he laible for registration or not?

Hi Manu

1. Service Tax Registration:

In case of Individual
You have to fill form ST-1 in Triplicate
2 self attested copies of PAN card .
Address Proof ( for which address you sort for registration)
Copy of Passport.
Power of attorney
In case of company
Other than Ist and IInd Copy of Memorandum with Form 18
In case of Partnership firm
OTher than above two copy of Partnership deed.

HEREBY APPOINT AND EMPOWER …………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. to appear, to please to agreed to act, to sign my/our/name’s to move and file petitions, to sign and swear statement on my/our behalf in original assessment proceedings, miscellamours review and/or appellate proceedings, to accept services of notices, to produce and take back document to apply for and take delivery copies of order and documents to authorise his representative and clerks to take delivery copies and to do clerical works in the offices of the Excise & VAT authorities , Sales Tax & ROC Authorities in all stage and also before Officers, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners, Commissioners of Income Tax, Gift Tax Estate Duty and Sales Tax and Income Tax, Appellate Tribunal office without being personally for my/our act shortcoming faults and concealment if any whatsoever. To apply for refund and receive the refund vouchers, cheque, pay orders, to deposit and withdraw money, to arrange for and accept any compromise on my/our behalf in any proceeding inspect files records paper and documents filed and orders therein to present my/us to in of matters and to every others necessary and lawful act incidental in this case of connected proceeding on my/our behalf.

I/we further hereby authorise the said Councel/Counsels to receive and reply direct all communication from the said Excise & VAT authorities , Sales Tax & ROC Authorities on my/our behalf.
