No change as f now
and 10.3% is only applicable for Nov 10 IPCC/PCC Final exams!

yes service tax will be at 10.30% for the year 2010 and applicable for nov exam..

service tax rate for the nov exam is 10.3% and Composite Service Tax rate is 4%
