No vipul bhai..
According to the latest journal from icai its says that :
service tax rate will be applicable as given in publication of dec 2011.. for Ay 12-13..
And the rate given in the dec 2011 publicaton book is 10.30%
For the reference i'm attachimg file i.e. latest jouranl by ICAI for the month august.. :)

Bhai vipul..
The file which u provided says that 12.3% will be applicable only on and after 01.04.2012 i.e. it will be applicable for assement year 13-14 but not for AY 12-13..
As we are writing for nov 12 the provisions related to AY 12-13 will only apply.. therefore the tax rate for the AY 12-13 is 10.30% only.. so 10.30% applies
Now plzz don create any further doubtz n confusion :)

what is the amount of service tax payable on every 10 Lakh (or part of 10 Lakh) of aggregate face value of lottery tickets printed by the organising State for a draw?? i need the answer as per the amendments applicable for ipcc nov 2012.....
