REGISTERED SERVICE TAX FOR MY CLIENT, THE SERVICE IS SECURITY AND CLEANING SERVICES, BUT IN SERVICE TAX FORM THEY HAVE MENTION ONLY CLEANING SERVICES..
MY DOUBT NOW THEY WILL RE-CHANGE THE NAME AND ADD SECURITY SERVICES ALSO WITH CLEANING SERVICE

You can registered your client in more than one service, it does not have any adverse effect.. I suggest you that while registering you should mention all services which match with your service in your understanding.
Yes it is possible to ammend or add additional services in future

Yes the manufacturing company can avail the credit as the same is in realtion to the business.
